I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the dining options left something to be desired. The service was excellent, and the location was convenient. Overall, a decent option for the price.
Staying at this hotel was a delight! The rooms offered good variety of choices, with twin beds and great facilities, although having a fan would have been nice. The service was exceptional from check-in to bar staff to restaurant staff and management, making it one of the best experiences I've had. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance from Canterbury West station and close to the city center, offering a lovely outlook. The dining experience was very good, with several freshly cooked options, but could have included cereal. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
